What is a longevity retreat?

A longevity retreat is a stay built around regeneration rather than simple rest. Where a classic spa break relaxes, a longevity retreat works on the systems that decide how you feel over years: sleep, circulation, oxygenation, strength, recovery.

At AELO, the retreat unfolds inside a Sanctuary of Regeneration at the heart of a luxury hotel. Light, cold, heat and oxygen are orchestrated into one protocol, personalised after a baseline assessment on arrival. And you remain the guest of a great hotel throughout: the table, the service, the address stay part of the experience.

It is neither a spa in the classic sense nor a clinic. AELO works with wellbeing indicators, never a diagnosis: the retreat is a wellness experience, not a medical treatment.

How a stay unfolds

Every retreat follows the same arc, whatever its length. It opens with a measurement, closes with a measurement, and everything between the two is orchestrated.

Point Zero. On arrival, a baseline of wellbeing indicators: the reference from which everything is measured.

Five Movements. Your protocol across five dimensions of regeneration: recovery, thermal, kinetic, cryogenic, regeneration.

The Journey. Sessions orchestrated day by day and adjusted to how your body responds.

Longevity Log. At departure, entry score, exit score, and the gap between them: proof of what changed.

The technologies behind the retreat

The Sanctuary brings together 23 longevity technologies across four disciplines: from the AeloX capsule, a world first, to hyperbaric oxygen, whole-body cryo and red light therapy. Each retreat draws on them as the protocol requires, never as a menu to work through.

Questions, answered

How long is a longevity retreat?

Between three and ten days. Three days restore sleep and energy; ten days allow the deepest work and the clearest measured gap between arrival and departure.

Is it a medical programme?

No. AELO is a wellness experience. It works with wellbeing indicators, never a diagnosis, and no medical acts are performed. It does not replace medical advice.

Do I need to be in good shape to come?

No. Every retreat starts with the Point Zero assessment, and the protocol is personalised from that baseline. The technologies adapt to the guest, not the other way around.

What is the Longevity Log?

The document handed over at departure: entry score, exit score, and the measured gap between them. Digital, it travels with the guest and continues on every return.

Can I combine the retreat with a normal hotel stay?

Yes. The Sanctuary lives inside the hotel, so the retreat weaves into an ordinary stay: sessions in the morning, the city or the table in the afternoon.

How do I book a longevity retreat?

Through the concierge of one of the addresses where AELO is open, or directly with AELO at founders@aelolife.com.
